Your answers to the assessment questions, and the contact details you provide before viewing your results: your name, work email address, organisation name, and role. The standard technical information needed to serve the page, such as IP address, is processed transiently by our hosting provider.
We use your answers to calculate and present your readiness results, and your contact details to follow up once about them where relevant. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the assessment and offering our advisory services to the people who use it. If you tick the box asking to hear from us, we will send you occasional insights on AI readiness on the basis of your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
This assessment is hosted by Netlify, which serves the site, computes your results, and stores your submission so we can follow up. Netlify acts under a data processing agreement with us, and where data is transferred outside the UK or EU the transfer is protected by recognised safeguards including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Your answers are not stored in any other database, and your results are generated at the moment you submit and shown only to you.
If our conversation goes no further, we delete your submission within 24 months of completion. Anonymised scores, with all contact details removed, may be retained for benchmarking.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing of it, and ask us to restrict processing while a question is resolved. To exercise any of these, email admin@gregsteeladvisory.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern directly first.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use your individual answers for anything other than producing your results and informing our follow-up conversation with you. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
